After taking this program you’ll go from dreaming about your goals and wishing you could make them happen to defining a clear strategy for moving forward and taking action to make those goals a reality.
This four (4) week online program is perfect for people who aren’t ready for a coach but want a step by step process to begin their transformation. Each week you’ll work on two crucial focus areas that build into a plan for pursuing your dreams. Along the way you’ll get a grasp on your motivation, what may be holding you back, and how to use self awareness while leading yourself.
You’ll gain the tools to:
- identify your goals
- understand your motivation
- recognize useful and disruptive habits
- gauge your readiness for change
- pinpoint what works for you
- create a realistic plan of action
- assess your progress
- adapt to set backs and keep going
This program has a weekly virtual meeting and then relies on participants to work outside of the ‘classroom time’ on assignments. Video is available for replay or download for one week after the class.

The Trifecta of Stress Management: Body, Mind & Purpose
Stress is contributor to many health issues and its reached epidemic proportions. With this course you’ll be able to stop looking for ways to survive your stress and learn effective techniques to actively manage your stress levels downward.
This program offers five one-hour interactive sessions in an online format so that you can quickly gather up tools to put into action in three core areas of life: Mind, Body and Purpose. Each session focuses on one topic and presents a variety of solutions and valuable information about the different ways stress influences you and how you can lessen its effects.
At the end of this program you’ll be able to:
- explain the science behind how stress works in your body
- describe different options to help lower stress using each core area
- understand how to implement techniques
- review and determine the activities that work best for you
- manage your stress as it happens
- grow your stress support system with new tools and resources
The class offers two different meeting frequencies (i.e. once a week for five weeks or two sessions per week for three weeks) so that you can choose the option that best meets your needs and schedule. Sessions are recorded and available for replay if you miss a class.

You found your purpose and now you’re ready to get your coaching or consulting practice launched or take it to the next level. You’re ready, but is your business ready? Are all the pieces in place and working together for your success?

With the Business Readiness Assessment Summary and Support (aka BRASS) service you’ll go from hoping you have thought of everything and all the bases are covered to knowing exactly what you need to focus on and why its important to your business right now.
Using a proven methodology, BRASS addresses 13 different business considerations critical to coaching and consulting practices. The process includes:
- a 90 minute interview,
- a review of select documents or online material,
- preparation of a written summary of the findings,
- review of well established areas in the business to build on,
- prioritized recommendations to address opportunity areas,
- available referrals to assist with those recommendations, and
- a 45 minute report debrief so you are clear about the findings and your optimal next steps.
Additional support during the implementation of recommendations or coaching through the transition process are supplemental to the BRASS service and may be arranged as needed.
